The latest generation of KAMAZ vehicles were presented at the Komtrans + BUSexpo Astana exhibition, taking place from June 25 to 27 in Astana.

The KAMAZ-54902 tractor truck (4x2) is a transportation vehicle with a new, compact cabin. It is popular among Russian transportation and manufacturing companies. This new model is designed for short-distance regional transportation. The KAMAZ-54902 features a modern, comfortable cabin with a width of 2.3 meters and a low roof. It has one berth and a time-tested engine from KAMAZ, the 689.510, with a capacity of 390 horsepower. It also has a 12-speed robotized gearbox.
The KAMAZ-65659 (6x2) truck tractor is a three-axle variant of the KAMAZ-54901 model. This vehicle has a special feature in the form of an additional lifting axle, which allows it to carry a total weight of up to 44 tonnes without violating weight limitations. Similar to the flagship model of the K5 series, the KAMAZ–54901, this vehicle features a wide and high cabin with a flat floor. It is equipped with a powerful 482 HP engine and a 12-speed automatic transmission, making it suitable for working with various semi-trailers up to a height of 1150–1170 cm. The service intervals of up to 120,000 km and a lifespan of up to 1.2 million km set this model apart from its competitors.
